PHILIP REID | Chairman

Philip Reid runs the Company and has over 35-year experience of financial services, specialising in the selection and funding of early stage companies. He was a Chief Executive of the National Research Development Corporation, a UK Government backed venture capital organisation which oversaw the exploitation of many of the leading UK innovations. He was later a Senior Vice President of Merrill Lynch and in recent years has been Chairman of some five AIM or NEX Exchange Listed public companies.


DOMINIC BERGER | Executive Director

A committed entrepreneur focused on developing Investments and the ACF Business Club network, Dominic Berger’s business career has been built on an ability to reconcile needs of the creative and commercial world. Dominic has extensive experience in developing, building, and leading successful digital media companies, some culminating in a successful listing; these include Umbro, The Premier League, Sony and Merlin Entertainment.


NATALIA GLIORSI | Compliance Officer & MLRO

Natalia is a Qualified Brazilian and European Lawyer with over 12 years business experience, having worked in the financial sector during her entire professional life. She has in-house experience leveraging full legal support and legal compliance advisory to the general business and commercial operations. Natalia joined CPP in 2016 with the purpose of structuring an in-house Legal Department and implementing the Group’s Corporate Compliance Program. She has since developed considerable knowledge in operational compliance and European regulations. Natalia has been recently approved as the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of the Company.


ROBERT MILLBOURN | Director

Robert Millbourn started his career in 1964 as a trainee in Angers and Paris France with Comptoir National D’Escompte de Paris (CNEP) a commercial bank – now Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP Paribas).
In 1966 with M. Samuel London that became Hill Samuel – Merchant Bank. In 1968 a Director with Tozer Kemsley and Millbourn, an International Finance and Confirming House, firstly in Hamburg, Germany (in charge of business development in Scandinavia) then from 1970 – 1975 in London.
