Capital Plus Corporate Broking provides bespoke service to smaller capital companies either currently or seeking a listing on a UK Exchange. Capital Plus Partners seeks to become a standard bearer for those companies wanting to truly benefit from exposure and access to public markets.

Capital Plus Partners is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a Corporate Broking and Advisory Business and is a Member of the London Stock Exchange.

As we concentrate on the Junior Markets, we seek to ensure that our clients benefit from liquidity, aftermarket support and increased exposure within the investment community.

Whilst we cannot expect to change any market mechanisms or regulatory requirements that impact on the above, our ethos is to create value through a rigorous approach by only introducing finely priced corporate investment opportunities. We believe that this will create post listing opportunity and demand for new investors to participate in the accretion of value. We will seek to partner with our corporate clients to identify and achieve targets and promote these to the market as a whole.
